About the European Bee-eater:

  • The European Bee-eater can be found in the southern half of Europe and Asia during the breeding months, and the western and southern portions of Africa during the winter.
  • As their name suggests, the European Bee-eater eats primarily insects, including bees and wasps, with the European Honey Bee comprising up to 82% of their entire diet.
  • Beekeepers have blamed Bee-eaters for decline in their hives, and for lowered foraging among their bees, but a study showed that the Bee-eaters have little to no effect on captive bees.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, tallow, coconut, castor, cocoa butter, and shea butter; water; sodium hydroxide; sodium lactate; mica; fragrance.
